To promote the wider adoption of new-energy vehicles in rural areas, encourage rural residents to upgrade their modes of transportation, and support the construction of beautiful villages and the rural revitalization strategy, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the Ministry of Commerce have decided to jointly organize a program to bring new-energy vehicles to rural communities.

It is reported that this event has been entrusted to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers for implementation. The initiative aims to promote the adoption and application of new-energy vehicles in rural areas, encourage rural residents to upgrade their modes of transportation, and support the construction of beautiful countryside and the rural revitalization strategy. Several models from Beijing New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd., Great Wall Motor Co., Ltd., SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd., and other companies are on display at the event.
